GL Balance Upload

The balance of a G/L account is the sum of the debit and credit balances of the account. Displaying G/L Account Balances
choose Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General ledger ->Account -> Display balances
The account balance displays the following:

• The opening balance (the balance carried forward from the previous year)
• The total of all transactions for each posting period, broken down into debit and credit postings
