Printing Reports

Reports generated in R/3 system can be printed in two ways either as R/3 System or as Microsoft Word for Windows. When printing directly from the R/3 System,user can define the print layout yourself and print the entire report.When printing from Word for Windows, it have the option of modifying the layout manually in Word. The different printout options differ in how the columns are built and what is contained. What options are there for printing depends on where you are in the report.

• To print from the R/3 System, choose Report --> Print.
• To print from Microsoft Word for Windows, choose Report --> Export. Then choose Transfer to Word.
