SAP user can't save report layout in some SAP. But, user can save the layout by adding a parameter in SAP user profile. Click (Save Layout). Enter a name in the Save Layout field. The name must begin with a letter. Type in a description for the layout in the Name field. Select the Default Setting check box if you want this layout to be the default layout every time you run the report. Click (Continue).
